Meet Zach, our founder…
I’ve always loved to create. When I was eight, I broke my arm and my parents wanted to know how they could cheer me up. All I asked for was a ball and string and a roll of sellotape. I just wanted to make things. Nothing much has changed.
Two of my biggest passions are carpentry and climbing, being in the canopy of a tree harnessed up, crafting something beautiful is where I feel most alive and most at home.
I have been a tradesman for more than ten years and my passion has taken me places I never could have expected. I have built bamboo restaurants in France, bars in Spain, and bespoke cabins in the mountains. Back on home soil, I’ve constructed countless treehouses across the UK.
Starting this business has been the inevitable next step. I’ve had the joy of leading construction crews across Europe and project managing commercial builds. Now, I’m incredibly excited to bring this experience to unique new projects with the Custom Cabin and Treehouse Company.
